Twenty-one ladies from Port Ann Wesleyan church recently attended a picnic and party at a pavilion near the town of Penns Creek.

There was tons of food and an abundance of various desserts. Lisa Jo Smith, who was celebrating her 60th birthday) shared a short devotion.

The ladies played pin the tail on the donkey and also demolished a candy filled taco piñata with a bat! Robin Kratzer pinned the closed tail on the donkey and won one of the beautiful cut flower centerpieces.

The ladies had a great time of fun and fellowship and are looking forward to the next event.

Information about the upcoming spring ladies’ retreat was announced. It will be local at a cabin right outside of Middleburg along Rt 104. Dates are March 2-4. Prices and more information to come.
