Pastor Paul Sheets took on the kids from our AWANA ministry in the annual “Stump the Pastor” night on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2022.
Each time the kids stumped the pastor with a question they pulled from the Bible, he had to eat a spoonful of canned peas — his least-favorite food. Each time he answered a question correctly, the kid who asked it had to eat one pea. The evening is among one of the most popular AWANA nights. It challenges the kids to dig deep into their bibles and builds rapport between them and the pastor.
